The Legend, the god, the Maestro at 40. Who is Zinedine Zidane?

The Legend at 40...
In my illustrious life of football, very few footballers have got me standing and glaring at my HD screen the way Zinedine Zidane does. I do not know why Messi with all  his record-breaking feats does not really appeal to me as a classy footballer. Guess it his one-styled technique that does irritate me a lot, but he has all the medals and trophies to his name, so what can I say: Guess he's a class act after all. Talk of touch, elegance, vision and grace and then you are talking Zinedine Zidane. The only player that compares to him in this modern times with the same technique and ball-glued-to-feet meander is Spain's Andres Iniesta. That boy has me reaching footballing orgasm anytime his leg adorns the round leather. On this day, that France go head to head with Spain in order to book a place in the semis of Europe's most prestigious tournament, no other gift would suit better for the legend at 40 other than a win against the "Spanish computer tiki-takas". In a world where gay people are gradually gaining approval, I guess saying I love Zizou aint that a taboo after all. (Hey gay dudes, watch out, Christ coming soon..so lock up your waste bin).

Zizou.

Next Generation Zizouees?

In a vastly successful career spanning 18 years, during which he spent time with Cannes, Bordeaux, Juventus and finally Real Madrid, Zidane was the leader of a generation of dazzling French talent which fulfilled their potential in 1998 and also at the Euros in 2000. Forget the infamous headbutt at the finals in 2006 (I would have probably punched Marco if he said that to me..I'm like Zizou, we both got a lil anger issue), Zidane is one of the finest if not the finest bald-headed "sweet-legged" algerian to ever grace the game. He is class act: world best.

Testament to that fact is his Fifa World best player awards, not once but on three good occasions:1998, 2000, 2003. It could have been four if Materazzi hadn't visited the devil the night before that final. The man Zidane won pretty much everything there is to win at club level as well, picking up league titles in Spain and Italy, and winning the Champions League with Real Madrid (in which he scored a spectacular volley) along with a host of individual awards.

Boxing Lions Continue to weather new storms as it Kicks Tiger Out of the Woods..

Boxing seems to be the new money-order in the sports circle as boxers rake in multi-million dollars with every fight. Given the fact that they do fight once in a while as opposed to the continuous and pendulous swinging of the golf clubs in every Open. Floyd Mayweather has overtaken Tiger Woods at the top of Forbes magazine's list of the 100 highest-paid sports personalities over the past year. The currently imprisoned Mayweather who is serving a 3 months for domestic violence raked in $85 milla (54.25 million pounds) mostly via promotions of his own fights. Like we say in Nigeria, it's all about "pACKAGING".
Mayweather's packaging has seen Tiger woods relegated to third spot having received $59.4m (£37.92m) with boxer Manny Pacquiao rising to second on earnings of $62m (£39.57m).  Oga Becks is 88th on the list thanks to his ever increasing influence of American soccer and Hollywood. Here's the top ten according to Forbes:

1. Floyd Mayweather $85m (£54.25m)

2 Manny Pacquiao $62m (£39.57m)

3 Tiger Woods $59.4m (£37.92m)

4 LeBron James $53m (£33.84m)

5 Roger Federer $52.7m (£33.64)

6 Kobe Bryant $52.3m (£33.38m)

7 Phil Mickelson $47.8m (£30.51m)

8 David Beckham $46m (£29.36m)

9 Cristiano Ronaldo $42.5m (£27.10m)

10 Peyton Manning $42.4m (£27.06m)

Hawaiian Oracle: Money Speaks as Ellison Introduces Hawaii to The Oracle.

L-R Larry Ellison, David Murdock.

                                                .
Oracle Corp. CEO Larry Ellison has reached a deal to buy 98 percent of the Hawaiian island of Lanai from its current owner, Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie said Wednesday. The 2 percent Ellison isn't buying is owned by the state, county and private residents. The billionaire boss of technology giant Oracle is set to take ownership of the 141 sq mile (365 sq km) island owned currently by billionaire David Murdock. Known as "Pineapple Island"even though Murdock closed its pineapple operations to make way for luxury resort and home development. The majority of the island was once owned by James Dole of Dole Food Company Inc., who bought it in 1922.  Hawaii's smallest publicly accessible island is home to 3,200 residents and now boasts several luxury resorts. The island boasts unspoiled charm with 30 miles of paved roads, 400 miles of unpaved roads and no traffic lights. According to the Hawaii Tourism Authority, more than 26,000 people visited the island from January to April of this year, a 6 percent decline from the same period last year. Mr Murdock has owned Lanai since 1985 through private company Castle & Cooke. A co-founder of Oracle, one of Silicon Valley's traditional tech giants, Mr Ellison is listed sixth on Forbes' list of global billionaires, with a net worth estimated at $36bn, a huge difference from Murdock's $2.7bn.

Reports that Murdock was interested in selling the island had aroused rumors that Bill Gates, who rented the island for his 1994 wedding to Melinda French, was a potential buyer. J. Kalani English, a state senator who represents Lanai in Hawaii's Legislature, said he's hopeful the sale to Ellison will mean a return of agriculture to the island."I'm relieved because he's one of the richest people on the planet, which means he knows he'll lose a lot of money in the beginning and he can sustain that," said English, a Democrat.

Seventh-generation Lanaian Sol Kahoohalahala said he hopes to see an end to high unemployment and more opportunities for economic development beyond tourism."I look at this as a potential opportunity for us to get the new owner to look at Lanai in terms of an island that needs to work at sustaining itself," he said. "Tourism cannot be the only economic engine on Lanai."

Abercrombie said Ellison has had a longstanding interest in the island. "We look forward to welcoming Mr. Ellison in the near future," Abercrombie said. "His passion for nature, particularly the ocean is well known specifically in the realm of America's Cup sailing," he said.

The deal involves 88,000 acres of land, plus two resorts, two golf courses, a stable and various residential and commercial buildings, lawyers for Murdock told the utilities commission in its application. Larry Ellison's successful bid is unknown, but the asking price was said to be between $500m (£318m) and $600m.

Abidal's reason(s) to Keep Fighting...His wife and Kids.

It hasn't been the best of years for Eric Abidal. It's been a trip in and out of the hospital. He may be recovering from his Liver transplant, but let's take a look at the woman who has been by his side all through this ordeal. Born in Lyon, France, on 11 September 1979, The Abidals hail from immigrant families from Africa. Previously, Abidal was an adherent of the Catholic religion.
A source of strength and pillar for the Lyon-born French International, Algerian born Hayet Abidal has been more than just a wife and a mother of his 3 children. She was instrumental to his conversion to the Muslim religion and his move to Barcelona from France. Abidal's first meeting with his wife occurred when she was a teenager. The two lovebirds  then decided to get married in July 2003 ago. So far, the marriage has been blessed with 3 children: Méliana, Canélia & Leyna Abidal.

“All I can say is that I am happy to have a wonderful woman who has not only given me her heart and two great kids, but also a religion that preaches peace.”
Eric Abidal talking about his wife and converting to Islam.
Love and smiles.

A reason to live: a beautiful family.

During the struggle.

We still going strong.

This is what he wakes up every morning to.

Still Hayet...

Does iPad Have A surfacing Rival? Let's Look At "The Surface".

The tablet has a 10.6-inch display and will run the new version of Microsoft’s operating system Windows 8 and Windows RT. It's  as sleek if not sleeker than the iPad and comes in dual flavour— There’s an x86-powered version that runs Windows 8 Pro based around an unidentified Intel “Ivy Bridge” Core processor, and an ARM version running Windows RT based on an unidentified ARM processor. But what's really on the surface that will make it a world-beater? Both have a 10.6-inch screen, with the x86 version running at full-HD (1080p) and the ARM version running at HD (720p). Both are thin, both are light. Both have an integrated kickstand, both have a complement of ports, including a full-sized USB 2.0 port. Both support storage expansion through the use of micro-SD cards. Microsoft showed a vision for a next-generation PC that combines the portability of a tablet with a minimalistic fold-out keyboard and integrated kickstand. The device’s cover serves as a full keyboard with a track pad, one innovation not evident on the iPad.  Surface will be available later this year as the world’s largest software maker is stepping up its assault on the tablet market. Weakening personal-computer sales and curbing Windows revenue has led to a sort of re-awakening of the Tech giants who now have decoded to take one more swipe at Apple's dominance of the tablets' market. The new  strategy threatens to sour Microsoft’s relationship with some PC makers, many of which have been investing to develop their own Windows 8 tablets and may not want to compete directly with the giant itself, Microsoft. The only OEM that’s going to be happy here is whoever Microsoft has contracted to build Surface tablets, and if these don’t sell well, that happiness could be short-lived. It's a bold and risky move at the same time as the possibilities of Surface being a major hit is also confronted by not-so-good experiences of Zune and Xbox. The destiny of surface lies in the sole hands of Microsoft. There's a big possibility that this big mystery could turn out to be a big mistake. So, does One Surface replace TWO Apple devices?
The Windows 8 RT Surface is a direct challenge to the high tablet range aka the iPad: ARM proccesor, HD resolution, USB 2, Wi-fi, Office 2013 RT, 10.6" and 32/64GB choices.
The Windows 8 Pro Surface OTOH is aimed at the Intel/AMD ultrabook market: i5 proccesor, higher resolution (1920x1200?), USB 3, Wi-fi, DisplayPort video, no Office 2013, 10.6" and 64/128GB options.
The first one is clearly a consumption device (except for Office) and will sink or swim based on the strength of the Windows Store. The second one is aimed to take the whole pie (home/office) with dual compatibility in the x86 and Metro app worlds.
And the Touch Cover detachable keyboard has become the new standard for tablet keyboards in the industry..at least, since today. Microsoft started the blend, Apple consolidated the blend and began a trend, what will Microsoft do now with its new friend?
The company wants to release Windows 8, the new version of its software that is optimized for touch-screen tablets, in time for the end-of-year holidays and will have a version for x86 chips from Intel Corp. and for ones based on ARM Holdings Plc’s technology, which is also used in the iPad. The Surface tablet will be available in versions running both chip designs. Microsoft said the Surface’s price will be announced closer to when the devices are available and will be “competitive with a comparable ARM tablet or Intel Ultrabook-class PC.” This puts the ARM version in the $600 price bracket and the x86 in at around $1,000 — give or take.

I personally do like the idea of releasing two near-identical tablets powered by two different operating systems and with two very different set of capabilities. It gives the Consumers the "Which one should go for?" headache. A move I think is quite good, given the fact that what a teenager needs a tablet for is not what Slim Helu would need same for. Notwithstanding, the information vacuum surrounding these two devices, especially regarding battery life, and more crucially price is what must be unveiled if the hype accompanying the surface is to match its sales after release. If there's anything I love Apple products for, its the battery Life. I also think there’s the mistake of announcing this tablet far too soon. With Windows 8 only a matter of months away, I’m quite surprised as to why Microsoft chose to unveil this now. People have short attention spans. Unless Microsoft can keep up the pressure, Surface will be long forgotten by the time Windows 8 and Windows RT ships and hits the stores.

Microsoft’s idea for the tablet is a device that integrates a better keyboard option than typing on the screen without adding size or weight. That’s where the new keyboard — which doubles as a screen cover — kicks in. At 3mm thick, it adds virtually nothing to the device’s size, but it opens up a world of inputs. There are two covers available — the Touch Cover (very thin) and the Type Cover (with proper, tactile keys). A full range of hues is also available, from where I could get my sister a Pink.
Also, there's new Netflix app (launching alongside Windows 8), support for pen input with text sampled at 600 DPI. The device is capable of picking up the difference between a fingertip and an accidental palm press, and tosses out the latter contact. The pen magnetizes to the body when you aren’t using it — provided you can remember to bring the two back together. The Surface has two digitizers, one for hand input, one for ink; it turns one off when the other comes close. The idea of a kickstand is to make the tablet useable on a surface without requiring an additional purchase, and the cameras are angled for capturing at the same 22-degree angle as the tablet sits at when mounted. The Touch Cover / Type Cover, however, is a particularly nice piece. According to Microsoft, there won’t ever be a need to remove either surface. Both keyboards incorporate accelerometers that can detect when the cover is folded back and away from the device and will deactivate it at that point. The keyboard also detects when someone is simply resting their hands on it versus actually typing.
As odd as it might sound, this is a device it might be worth getting excited about. And the fact that the hardware specs have not been revealed yet just makes the suspense get better. Who knows what the Cliche would be, which iPad do you have or which Surface have you got? Time will tell.

From $185,000 to $310,000----------This could be Didier's best career move.

Didier and Wife, Diakite.
Didier drogba's big money move to China does not come as a big surprise as many touted the Ivorian hitman to hang up his boots where the money would flow in highest. For the next two-and-a-half years of his folding career, Didier would be pocketing $310,000 a week making the Ivorian phenomenon the highest paid player in Chinese soccer. Didier follows the footsteps of his fellow African Samuel Eto'o of Russian team Anzhi Makhachkala who is currently the highest-paid player in the history of soccer.
Anzhi is bankrolled by Russian investor Suleiman Kerimov, who is the 118th richest person in the world with a net worth of $7.8 billion. Kerimov was forced to overpay for Eto’o to attract him to the developing Russian league where he will play in a 16,000 person stadium. Drogba is the second big name signing for Shenhua owner Zhu Jun after the Video game magnate successfully lured Nikolas Anelka to Shangai.
Drogba, 34, played a key role in helping English club Chelsea FC win the highly coveted Champions League final against Bayern Munich in May. His salary at Chelsea was $185,000 a week. The diference in pay is clear, and at this stage of his career, the prolific hitman has little or nothing to prove as long as soccer's circle is concerned.
The deal is reportedly worth €12 million-a-year and will make him the most expensive player in the Chinese Super League.  250,000 euros a week, far surpasses his former salary at Chelsea FC by some good margin and his wife, Diakité Lalla wouldn't mind that at all.

Jay-Z 's Flying house. The latest addition to the Carter Empire.

Baby blue Ivy Carter may probably not need to book a ticket all her life--or say most of it. That is because Bey got Jay a flying house worth an estimated $40 million. According to a source at MediaTakeOut, the jet is a brand new Bombardier Challenger 850 and has a living room, a full kitchen, a bedroom and 2 full bathrooms . . .exactly why I dubbed it "the flying house".
Thanks to Baby Blue Ivy's emergence on the scene, JayZ celebrated his first ever father's day with his wife Beyonce and it was a memorable one indeed. The Hip Hop mogul now has a brand new Bombardier Challenger 850 added to his ever growing worth of assets.

So let's peep into the flying house and see just what it looks like.

Drogba to Shenhua? Announcement coming soon!

Moving to Shenhua?
Shanghai Shenhua owner Zhu Jun is confident that Chelsea striker Didier Drogba will announce his arrival at the Chinese club in the coming days. The free spending owner is waiting for the announcement to be made on Drogba's official website didierdrogba.com. The video game magnate could not confirm an agreement but hinted that a deal was on hand and soon to be finalized.

"You should ask this question to Drogba's management," Zhu Jun told reporters asking when the announcement would come. "We have put in great effort for nearly half a year and particularly last week, when we met with his management team to reach a unanimous agreement on some crucial points.

"As of this morning, things are developing in the right direction, but I don't know if Drogba will announce he is joining us today. Right now, I really don't know. Maybe I can give you all an answer tomorrow, maybe we need to wait a few more days. Who knows?" The Chinese mega club is set to commit Drogba to a two-and-a-half year deal at the club, with the Ivorian set to lead their quest of challenging for a Super League title.

Drogba's former strike partner Nicolas Anelka is also at the club and is the captain of the side. Anelka was recently relieved of his coaching duties in his dual role of player-coach as new Argentine coach Sergio Batista is now at the helm of affairs.

However, Drogba would not be able to sign a deal at the club until completion of his Chelsea contract on June 30.

Irina Shayk may be the Reason Ronaldo is back in Form. What did the Russian beauty do?

Been searching for the source of Ronaldo's resurgence at the Euros after such a fine display in Kharkiv.  The unfancied Iberians masterfully put aside the Dutch to clinch the next qualifying spot from the group of death: well, thanks to a collective display and a "Ronaldic" finishing, the type we are used to in Madrid. Does Irina Shayk have anything to do with this, or is it that hunt to be considered the World's best or was it simply because it was father's day and Ronaldo Jr couldn't be happier with any other gift on his birthday? My search is still on-going, however with Czech Republic coming up, who says there's no reason to hope? Forca Portugal!! We may just spring a surprise in Eastern Europe this summer.
Ok, now I have your attention, let's analyse what went right in Kharkiv.

Irina Shayk: With this on the standby, any man would score *wink*
Just when Portugal needed him most, the son rose to the occasion. Cristiano Ronaldo Dos Santos Aveiro once again stressed his importance on the big stage as his splendid display saw the Seleção das Quinas edge past the Oranje boys to book a place in the last eight.  Many may argue that the Dutch team played below par, but a critical look at the group of death shows that no one was a ride over, not even the Danes. José Dinis Aveiro wouldn't have wished for a better Father's day gift from his son wherever he is, and we can all bet that Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro, Elma and Liliana Cátia not leaving out our Russian Hottie Irina, must have all been proud of their Cristiano. He carried the burden of a nation on his shoulder and delivered even on the back of fierce criticism following his dismal performances in the past two games. This has been a very Dutch failure, a team brought into disarray by the incompatibility of inflated egos. News filtered from the camp that Vice-Captain R.V.D Vaart was not happy with the substitute role he has been relegated to, and Arjen Robben reportedly shutting him up diplomatically. It was clear that all was not well in the Oranje camp but that is far from trying to belittle Portugal's performance On Sunday. So ironic then, that their faint hopes of rescuing this desperate Euro 2012 performance was put to an end by a player who arguably is the biggest one of all when it comes down to fiestas like this. The scoreline read 2 goals, but it could have been more thanks to the Upright and some great saves particularly Stekelenburg's on Nani's close range effort.

Ronaldo alone hit the woodwork twice and his team-mates missed chance after chance. Bert van Marwijk’s team were sent home by a collective Portuguese performance, led by their inspiring captain, that shamed the Dutch divas.Van Marwijk's bravest decision must have been leaving Van Bommel out of the starting line-up. His captain and the extension of his authority on the pitch may have well bowed out on his last tournament, because at 35 years he probably does not have much left to offer. Van Bommel's place was taken by his ego-inflated vice Van Der Vaart, who needed only 11 minutes to show Van Marwijk where he has gone wrong all the while as he netted a curling effort into the left corner. Rui Patricio could do virtually nothing about the effort as it was a masterclass on its own. Van Bommel's Dutch Career may as well be over, but Van Der Vaart's dynasty might have just begun.

Ronnie Opens the Scoring against the Dutch for his first of the Tournament.
Van Der Vaart's goal sparked a bust of energy into the Portuguese rather than gave the Dutch confidence. The goal spectacularly enlivened the Portuguese. Robben gave the ball away cheaply,  and Paulo Bento’s side worked it swiftly down the right, Helder Postiga playing it out to Ronaldo who knew he had the beating of Vlaar. The Real Madrid winger’s low shot hit the outside of the post denying the Portuguese an instant response. The Dutch went from being in control to suddenly looking nervous and vulnerable. Van der Wiel, under no real pressure, played what was effectively a through ball to Helder Postiga but had the striker's finishing been better, Portugal would have opened its account against the Oranje. Moments later Raul Meireles volleyed a chance into the side-netting and Ronaldo forced a messy save from Stekelenburg.

The Oranje fever didn't last too long as just close to the half-hour mark, Ronnie netted his first goal of the tourney. A brilliantly taken finish past Stekelenburg from about 12 yards, similar to his second miss against the Danes. This time around, there were no errors as the ball found the back of the net. The goal originated from Jetro Willems errant pass. The Portuguese moved the ball without real pressure being placed on them and Joao Peirera, the right back, flicked a pass into the area with the outside of his boot, having spotted Ronaldo darting in behind Vlaar. Ronnie's goal was calmly taken, but the pass from Pereira made all the difference in the first goal- it was a beautifully weighted pass from the right-back. The score was all level and from that moment on the Portuguese had the destiny of their advancement in their palms.Van Marwijk was impotently barking at his players from the technical area. Ronaldo could have made their predicament worse: he had already terrified Stekelenburg with one of his dipping, powerful, long-rangers when he headed just wide of the near post. Very few had expected the Dutch to fall back into shambles given the fine start they had, but the Iberians continually pressed on: Postiga had a goal disallowed and rightly so for offside, and then Ronaldo led a rapid counter, carrying the ball for some 60 yards before passing to Fabio Coentrao but his Real Madrid 'blonde haired" team-mate could not beat Stekelenburg though with a fine effort.

It was getting quite easy for the Iberians as Moutinho sent Ronaldo free down the left and the Portugal captain played a brilliant ball across the face of goal for Nani who shot straight at Stekelenburg with the goal gaping. It was a chance gone begging as the Portuguese bench were soaked in unbelief that Nani did not convert the opportunity.
Ronaldo again!

And finally, the chance that ensured that Portugal were assured a place in the last eight irrespective of the result between Germany and Denmark in Lviv was set up by Nani who himself had a brilliant game. The United winger rolled the ball across the face of the area to Ronaldo who checked, left Van der Wiel on his backside, and shot low into the net after Van Der Vaart had been robbed off the ball in the Portuguese eighteen yard box. It was a classic Counter and a brilliant finish from the Portuguese Torch-bearer.Van der Vaart bent a long range shot against the post moments later, but you always had the feeling the Portuguese could get another goal if they wanted to. It wasn't that easy but it was actually "quite easy". One more counter saw Ronaldo smash the ball against the post. As at now, it was beyond doubt that the Dutch were soon moving their luggages from Kharkiv.

Messi soon to be a daddy...He never gives up on stealing the headlines from Ronaldo.

Messi and Antonella.
On a day where Cristiano Ronaldo's name would be written with golden ink on the tabloids, Lionel Messi has also decided to have a fair share of the Media attention. Many may say he is media shy, well, I don't think that is entirely true. The 24 yr old argentine Maestro has been prolific in finding the back  of the net for his beloved Barcelona, but very few knew that he'd been banging home goals inside a well guarded and cozy goal-post tended by his girlfriend Antonella Roccuzzo. I think one of his goals did tear the back of the net. Oops!
The long-time partner of the diminutive argentine is pregnant. Some good nine months from now the "lil god" would not only be celebrating a personal award/awards but will also be titled 'daddy". The left-footed attacker had always been tight-lipped when questioned about the reports that he was expecting his first child with his partner, Antonella Roccuzzo but I guess the news of being a father is one that Great men will always be proud of. Messi is definitely not an exception. He wil now be on equal terms with his fiercest competitor, Cristiano Ronaldo who turned a father some 2 years ago after witnessing his "goal-scoring" exploits yield dividends in the US--TO A WOMAN STILL UNKNOWN.
Soon-to-be Parents.
After all the press drama, however, the 24-year-old has now announced that his girlfriend is pregnant, and even went as far as giving a prediction about the baby's gender.

"I think it will be a boy," Messi is quoted as saying by Ole. "We did not want to say anything because we never talk about our private life. But we were constantly asked about it, so we wanted to share our joy." Great Joy indeed.

The three-time Ballon d'Or winner, who broke into Barca's first team in 2004, scored 73 goals in all competitions in 2011-12.

What a glorious father's day it has been! Ronaldo bags a brace and celebrates his son at 2, Messi announces that he'd soon be a dad. These two never give up at trying to beat each other, do they?

Happy Birthday "Ronaldo Jr", Happy Father's day Cristiano; Hey Grand-dad José Dinis Aveiro..it's my birthday!

I"ll Look up cos I know U watching me!
On father's day, Portugal's golden son took his team into the quater finals of the Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine. As he basked in the Euphoria of Portugals's recent achievement with a performance that certainly answered the critics following a dismal display against the Danes, Cristiano ROnaldo Dos Santos Aveiro would have wished his father was in the VIP box to cheer him on as he celebrated a brace against a highly talented Dutch side. 2 goals and 2 hits to the upright summed up quite a remarkable evening for the portuguese Captain as his side ran out 2-1 winners against the Orange Boyz. Ronnie who has fond memories of the man who first introduced him to the beautiful game wishes that He could still be able to run back into his arms and receive a "well-done pat on the head". Well, for what he misses, he can make up for in his son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.
José Dinis Aveiro, (Late)

This ceremony of qualification into the next round is indeed a better birthday Present to Young Ronnie who was born on this day 17th June, two years ago to an unknown mother in the US.
Ronnie Jr is under the guidance and tutelage of his  Paternal grandmother and Aunties Catia and Elma in Funchal, Madeira.

Happy Birthday "Baby Ronnie".

"Super Mario" Balotelli------His porn-stars, Prostitute and SuperModel.

Italian badboy is no new face to the News especially as he seems to have cultivated the habit of making headlines____well, mostly for the weirdest reasons. The italian camp should be thankful that by now, no one has been set ablaze. His wacky antics, including setting fire to his bathroom with fireworks and walking into a school full of children and asking for the toilet has made him a cult hero, and oops not forgetting his blonde haircut__ exceptional!

The boy doesn't just get it. Does he? 2 matches and 'the top talent" of Italian football is yet to find the net. Well, guess that's because he's been hitting other things other than the back of the net..Hmmm.
Let's see what he's been hitting.

"Super Mario"  certainly has a thing for wholesome girls, as he dated pornstar Sophie Reade before being dumped by her for cheating on Sophie with her best friend. Can you imagine that? A porn-star accuse Super Mario of cheating? Lol. What a funny world. Guess Balo is tired of countless scenes of her unfaithfulness going viral on web. If there's a man who can identify with televised cheating, I think Mario could fit the shoes. No wonder he's been having problems! It's all psychological.

Ok Mario, #Dassokay. Sophie Reade.
Okay, they did break-up. I guess within that period Super Mario began hitting the back of the net as energy was not being expended anymore on extra-football activities. Well, atleast we thought so.
Why doesn't it surprise us that Balotelli rebounded from his breakup with Sophie Reade by dating another world famous pornstar. Yes you read good, another porno. But hey, nobody is dishing out judgements here, Holly Henderson is a good geh. Well, at least Off the screen.
Mario and Holly on Jolly!

Hmm, #issokay. Holly Henderson
After his relationships with Holly Henderson and Sophie Reade both came to an end (total shocker), Mario Balotelli started seeing Italian supermodel Raffaella Fico. Things were going well, and they even were talking engagement just days before Mario was once again caught cheating... this guy just doesn't get it, does he? I thought it was just on the field, *but the guy life just scatter...* True tok. Anyway sha, money dey spoil brain sometimes. Some speculate that the fact he has more money than he could ever have dreamed of may explain his eccentric behaviour.
Raffaella Fico.

Balotelli's vast riches have turned his attention-seeking childish behaviour into a way of life. He's the Manchester City footballer who admitted to having a fling with the same prostitute as Wayne Rooney. This is the same star who, last year, caused a blaze at his £3m Cheshire mansion by shooting fireworks out of the bathroom window with his friends. The 21-year-old, who is paid £125,000-a-week, has collected an estimated £10,000 worth of parking tickets leaving his Bentley on double yellow lines. Well, I guess Ghanians would be happy this dude does not claim their passport.
Jenny Thompson the prostitute who famously took part in a threesome with fellow football multi-millionaire, Wayne Rooney, while his wife Coleen was pregnant.

The dude sure has a good taste for beauty, but not for women. Balo Baba, carry go.

Prayer, Play and Work.

The success sequence. Yes, rightly so. There are ten thousand ways to be a Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. Whichever way, Work is included. But how many times do people leave out Prayer and Play..I call them my own P-square (Not the one you know). Its no longer a hidden fact that God has called us to a life of rest. Man was supposed to carry out one great command "Be fruitful and multiply". I do not need to go into the details of why that is not the case today. Many pray, play and work while others work, pray and play: whichever format is being employed, one thing must be kept in mind-----Priorities make all the difference. Probably right from childhood we've all heard our teachers cry "put God in everything". I call that life's simplest formula. How interesting to know that the most complex of concepts, ideas and precepts all begin with the simplest matter and revolve around the most  commonest of values. Putting God first and foremost in everything simply irons out that If I continually invited Him into every aspect of my life, I would have no reason to stress. #Easytosay, well that's a big  truth. Most of the world's best will tell you that people who depend on God are outright lazy. Well, that's why many refer to Deity Worship as a hiding shelf for life's losers. I don't intend to either prove these school of thought wrong neither do I seek to justify their statements. All I'm here to say is I know a way, and if you follow that way, you would not want to follow another. Rest is a very important element of work. Work can never be complete without rest. You need to work to rest and you need to rest in order to work. One cannot go without another, cos that's just how the world was designed to function. Unknown to many, rest is a form of worship. It's about taking out time to appreciate the awesomeness of God and trusting him as you take time in doing so. Many fail to see God's providence until when they are rested. I usually did wonder why retired personnels felt and appreciated nature much more than we the younger generation. And they never ceased with ringing our ears with 'Burnouts". I came to a conclusion___It takes rest to appreciate God and his providence. Battle all you can, you can hardly appreciate God's providence when you up and about.

Isaiah 28:12 "To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear (KJV)",
Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

God has more than a lot to offer.
There is no crime in saying 'no, I can't. Many burnout quickly cos they tend to want to  fit closely into Jack's clothing and certainly do end up mastering little or virtually nothing. Jesus knew this, and gave an invitation___Come to  me! Looking a little more closely, its all about accountability; being honest to yourself and those around you. Expectations skyrocket when Promises do not meet delivery demands. This however is not an invitation to live a mediocre life, but rather a more accountable one.
Build the castles in the air and when its time, you bring  them down. Just ensure you have the right materials to build. God placed me in my circle of influence to leave an impact. When I’m not fully present, I’m robbing people of what God wants to do in their lives through me. Many however do have a problem locating what their point of greatest impact should be. It's quite easy____what makes your heart pump at a high rate? Find it and keep hold of it. You necessarily do not need passion to do your work and be the best at it. I do not have a passion for eating (yeah, that's work according to physics cos energy is being expended), but I eat well after-all. You just need happiness, and passion is not a prerequisite for happiness. Happiness is a choice. If you doubt, ask Jerry. Despite constantly being tormented by Tom, he's happy after-all.

God is God. I am not, but I am a god still. How? Well, the son of God is a god.
"I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.'(Ps 82:6)
A psalm of Asaph. God presides in the great assembly; he gives judgment among the "gods"(Ps 82:1)
Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are gods'? (John 10:34)

If I remembered who God is and who I am in Him, I would be less likely to work myself to the point of burnout. I have to trust He is working through me and guiding my steps. I have to stop trying to wrestle control from Him.
For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.(Phil 2:13).
Overall, I’ve learned I’m simply supposed to love God, to love people and to laugh whenever possible. This year, I’m going to just focus on following Jesus, and my guess is His strength will get me farther than my own. But how does an ambitious 20 something do that? How do dreams manifest into reality without action I always wonder. Well, the bible is replete with examples of God working where there is seemingly no room for him. We just have to believe in his promises, acknowledge his supremacy and follow his example. There are yet still more revelations to unfold the complexity of such simplicity----That Life could be great after all if only man just follows the initial plan.
